Athletes will come in and experience a full battery of Sport Specific Testing that includes a video postural assessment with a detailed breakdown of your results. Ramp up your foundational athletic capacities in balance, posture, joint mobility and then prepare to throttle up your rotary core strength & power, max braking deceleration combined with explosive acceleration, multi-directional strength, speed, agility to your sport specific energy system demands. With ESPC HPC it is our mission to teach athletes how to have a body that works when you need it most and educate how to treat tension in the body and understand the role tension can play in overuse injuries.
