2024 ESPC YOUTH ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT
Unlock Your Athletic Potential with ESPC's Spring Youth Athletic Development Program! Designed for athletes aged 12-15, our program focuses on helping young athletes train effectively for their sport while fostering a love for the journey of improvement. Whether in-season or off-season, participants will engage in strength and plyometric exercises tailored to their age and skill level. Running two days a week for 8 weeks o Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5-6pm, our periodized sessions integrates Sport Specific Integrated coaching techniques. Expect improvements in linked strength, peak speed & agility, explosive first-step quickness, and full-body power. By joining us, athletes will gain strength, speed, and resilience, with an emphasis on understanding their bodies, tension management, injury prevention, and sport-specific conditioning.
