ESPC C3 RED Program
Each 60-75min training session begins with the CONDITION element. This is comprised of a dynamic warm-up, range of motion, core activation and a prep complex series designed to prepare the body for the focused lift.
Once your athletic engine is primed, you will begin the CHALLENGE element. This will include fully integrated strength training complexes that focus on functional movement patterns with core integration through optimal posture rehearsal. The final element of each training session is the COMPETE. At this time you will have the opportunity to test your athletic ability with an all-out max effort high intensity battle that will take everything you have all the way to the finish. |
