What You’ll Learn:
- Firearm Laws: Comprehensive training on Maryland and multi-state carry regulations, including deadly force, law enforcement interactions, and legal responsibilities.
- Safety & Handling: Exceed state standards with in-depth instruction on safe pistol use, home storage, handgun mechanisms, and operation.
- Live-Fire Qualification: Demonstrate proficiency with MSP’s 25-round course, achieving 70%+ accuracy at up to 15 yards. Your completed MSP 29-14 Certified Qualification Score Sheet will be provided for your Licensing Portal application.
- ESPC Edge: Our unique, performance-based drills—covering manipulation, movement, and marksmanship—build skills, confidence, and a mindset that sets you apart.
- Certificate: Earn an MSP-approved certificate to support your Wear & Carry Permit application.
- Age 21+, US Citizen with valid ID.
- Must be able to pass background check with no issues.
