ESPC HPC Development Camps will take your game to the next level! Join us and become stronger, faster and more resilient with the most comprehensive training program in Maryland.
This is our 13th High Performance Spring/Summer Camp and we are proud to say we are only getting better! If it is your goal to have the best off-season prep then look no further! Athletes will come in and experience a full battery of Sport Specific Testing that includes a video postural assessment with a detailed breakdown of your results. Ramp up your foundational athletic capacities in balance, posture, joint mobility and then prepare to throttle up your rotary core strength & power, max braking deceleration combined with explosive acceleration, multi-directional strength, speed, agility to your sport specific energy system demands. With ESPC HPC it is our mission to teach athletes how to have a body that works when you need it most and educate how to treat tension in the body and understand the role tension can play in overuse injuries. If you are an elite player and driven to be the best you can be, the High Performance Summer Camp is for you! ***Due to COVID-19 we have taken extreme measures to establish the safest training space during the summer session. In addition we have created another training option so that no athlete will feel they cannot take part due to the virus. We always aim to grow every summer and deliver the best camp to date. We believe with the steps and actions taken we will do that and more! LET'S GOOOOOO!
