The BULLIT HYBRID Training vest was developed as an alternative to bulky, ill-fitting weight vests. NEW TO ESPC? Here's your BEGINNER focused on-ramp program with ESPC Coach to ease you back into physical fitness! It's also the perfect time to supplement your Project You: Fall 2022 Challenge experience with this once-a-week evening class!
Master the movements, as well as learning the subs or modifications for the most common ESPC exercises. This on-ramp class will give you the ease to move into the current class schedule once you feel confident! Class size limited to 16 in order to accommodate more hands on coaching! |

Optimize your training by identifying muscle or fat imbalances with the Segmental Lean and Fat Analysis section. Utilize the Body Fat - Lean Body Mass Control to provide a general recommendation/baseline for goal setting.

SATURDAY 9AM C3 is a 60 min session that teaches athletes to never accept that where you are is the best you can be. C3 takes a 360 degree approach to developing the optimal functional athlete with a safe competitive environment. Training with purpose through innovative programming and scientific progression is the basis of C3 and this is achieved through the utilization of full body integrated movement, Olympic lifting, power lifting, plyometrics, linked system movements, core endurance all while addressing range of motion and flexibility limitations. Take your training to the next level and aspire to build the best athlete you can be.

A yoga infused mobility program designed by ESPC Yoga Instructors to help you increase your range of motion and athletic performance through a unique combination of activation, bodyweight exercises, and deep stretching. Increased mobility improves functional flexibility, heightens body awareness, and decreases joint pain or discomfort caused by muscular tightness.
